Terms and conditions
Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice. The United Power Solar Store is not responsible for errors in typography and/or photography. All parts come with original manufacturer warranty and technical support is handled by the respective manufacturers. Customer pays return shipping on all services. The United Power Solar Store reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
United Power Solar Store accepts the following Payment Methods:

- Prepaid Company Check, Personal Check, Cashier Check or Money Order
(Note: All Prepaid Orders will take longer to process due to all checks must be cleared, including Cashier's Check due to the existence of fraudulent checks.) - Purchase Orders (must be approved by credit department)

Restocking Fee
Merchandise purchased through the United Power Solar Store may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or a credit towards your account only if in new and unopened/unused condition. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless an error was made by the United Power Solar Store in shipping. Before returning an item, you must have an RMA number. Please contact us to get an RMA #. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Processing Time
Customers can expect their order to be processed within approximately one to two "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. The United Power Solar Store does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.
Back Orders
Any items that are unavailable will be placed on back order, and the remainder of your order will be shipped. Please check our web site for the back ordered item's estimated time of arrival. Please note that these dates are "estimates" and not guaranteed to arrive on that date.
Order Status
The United Power Solar Store will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. You may also check online status page for live updates.
Security
Security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the internet, trusted authorized employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security.
Privacy
The United Power Solar Store respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone. All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mail you will receive from the United Power Solar Store are updates to any recent orders.
Change Orders
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been charged. Please call during business hour to change your order. Please always have your order number ready.
Cancel Order
You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during our business hour to cancel your order. If your account has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account within approx. 1-2 business days.

United Power Solar Store product descriptions are not designed or intended to replace your personal product knowledge, experience and/or research or that of a professional installer or licensed electrician.
The United Power Solar Store strives to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions, compatibility references, information content, pricing, links and any other product information contained in or referenced on our site. However, occasional human error may occur and we therefore cannot guarantee that all product descriptions, specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is entirely accurate, complete, current, or that we are responsible for these errors. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, informational, technical or any other error, United Power Solar Store at its sole discretion shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order for that product and immediately amend, correct or remove the inaccurate information. Moreover, all links on United Power Solar Store's website are intended only to provide visitors with assistance finding additional information and professional opinion; however, due to the fast pace of the industry, complex nature and personal subjective experiences, reviews can become outdated or less accurate over time or even at inception and should therefore never be the sole determinate in a purchasing decision, or, most importantly, a substitute for doing ones own product research. Please remember to consider, you, our valued patron, are ultimately responsible for any purchase decision.
United Power Solar Store Purchase Agreement
By accepting delivery of any product delivered from the United Power Solar Store ("United Power Solar Store, Inc"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and United Power Solar Store agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and United Power Solar Store. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from the United Power Solar Store.
- Product Return Procedure:
- To return a product to the United Power Solar Store, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within 30 days. The United Power Solar Store will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which return products must be received by the United Power Solar Store. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
- Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to the United Power Solar Store. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, the United Power Solar Store's Return Procedure will be breached and the United Power Solar Store will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.
- The United Power Solar Store will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, the United Power Solar Store reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on end of life and special order products.
- WARRANTIES:
The United Power Solar Store is a distributor only. Products sold by the United Power Solar Store are not manufactured by the United Power Solar Store. The products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if any). The United Power Solar Store assigns and passes through to the Customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and Customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products. United Power Solar Store MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT. UNITED POWER SOLAR STORE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY SUCH PRODUCT, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM STATUTE, TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES UNITED POWER SOLAR STORE'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. UNITED POWER SOLAR STORE SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. UNITED POWER SOLAR STORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT UNITED POWER SOLAR STORE IS APPRISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
- GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Payment Terms Orders: An order is not binding upon United Power Solar Store until it is accepted; United Power Solar Store must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by credit card, or some other method prearranged with United Power Solar Store . You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice, and you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
Shipping Charges: Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the United Power Solar Store invoice.
Title & Risk of Loss: United Power Solar Store will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. United Power Solar Store reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due. Customer agrees to allow United Power Solar Store to sign appropriate documents on Customer's behalf to permit United Power Solar Store to protect its purchase money security interest. United Power Solar Store will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but United Power Solar Store will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between United Power Solar Store and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. United Power Solar Store and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue of the State Courts of the State of California, Orange County, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agree not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against United Power Solar Store that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.
Severability: If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable Massachusetts law.
Waiver: The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.
Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions, together with the United Power Solar Store's invoice respecting the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between United Power Solar Store and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between United Power Solar Store and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
